Description:
Native to the American tropics these colourful summer bulbs were introduced to Europe in the 1860's. Cannas are magnificent plants, boasting soft fluttering flower heads, adrift upon reedy canes. They are fast growing and this variety will yield large romantic salmon pink blooms all summer.
They are deer resistant and appear most dramatic when grouped in masses. These are fast growers with large flowers.
Additional Information & Planting instructions:
Grow in full sun to partial shade in moist but well-drained soil. Plant rhizomes 8-12cm deep and 10-15cm apart. Cover with soil. Prefers well drained soil. Plant in the spring and cut back in autumn when the foliage has died down.
