This white Garlic Cledor originates from Provence, France.
Characterised by it’s beautiful rose coloured cloves, this is a long-dormancy variety so is suitable for planting in autumn but is more often planted in January to March for mid to late summer harvesting. This soft neck variety is also suitable for plaiting.
Garlic cloves are best planted in rows with 20-30cm between each row and 10 cm between each garlic clove.
As garlic is an allium we reommend planting with leeks, chives, spring onions in rich free draining soil in full sunshine.
