The traditional Muscari armeniacum is seen to be most favoured and are a reliable grape hyacinth with doomed spiked flower on each stem. The bells are blue with white lips as the flowers open. Naturalise in grasslands to disguise the foliage and create a carpet of blue in early spring.

Our tip: Grow in pots for their first year of flowering before planting out into there final position.
